As a key member of the Growth Team, the Sales Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for the continuous monitoring and reporting of sales intelligence generated by our ABM process.

This role will have a finger on the pulse of all day-to-day ABM activities including but not limited to marketing email campaigns, advertising campaigns, marketing workflows, and intent signal intelligence. This role will work directly with the sales, account management, and marketing teams to provide valuable information relevant to their roles based on company intent signals and validated actionable intelligence.
The primary function of this role is to feed the sales team new target accounts and intelligence to support their target account conversion process. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.

The pay scale for this entry-level position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, with Monthly Bonuses based on attendance & performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, investigate, and verify engagement with Envera’s marketing and sales activities across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to web, social media, and email outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and gather intent data.
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Identify actionable intelligence from engagements on the website to understand how a target account is engaging with our brand, this is done via a variety of validation tracking processes managed by this role.
  • Develop intelligence reports for Sales and Account Management when one of their target accounts has new actionable intelligence, these reports are focused understanding the pain points and knowing where they are in the buyer’s journey to help the target account owner best understand how to approach people in the account.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert of intelligence and intent platforms. Ownership of platforms.
  • Report on the success of digital marketing and ABM efforts to senior management, providing continuous insights on market interest and campaign success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be an active team member who’s self-directed, organized, and detail oriented
  • Is able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a good work ethic.
  • Genuine interest in technology, trend data, and investigatory activities.
  • Understanding/Experience with digital marketing channels and tools. This includes but is not limited to email marketing, social platforms, SEPs and intent intelligence platforms or experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Savvy with Technology & the ability to train easily on new softwares.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM, 6sense, Bombora, or Zoominfo
  • Experience in data analysis & reporting
